Key Responsibilities ● Test Planning: Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications (User Stories/Use Cases). ● Compatibility Testing: Conduct rigorous cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing to ensure seamless functionality and consistent user experience on different mobile devices (iOS/Android) and web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). ● Execution: Execute various types of testing, including manual exploratory testing, functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing. ● Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira), working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and verification. ● Collaboration: Act as a quality advocate within the Agile/Scrum team, participating in requirements analysis, sprint planning, and release activities. ● Reporting: Generate clear and concise reports on testing progress, defect metrics, and overall product quality status. Required Qualifications ● Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or software testing. ● Testing Expertise: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes within a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in Agile/Scrum environments. ● Compatibility Focus: Proven experience in performing and managing cross-browser and responsive design testing across various operating systems and screen resolutions. ● Manual Testing: Proficiency in creating detailed, structured, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. ● Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management systems. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. We are seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, manage our cloud and edge infrastructure, and champion automation across the organization. Expertise in advanced DNS routing and traffic management is essential. ● Container Orchestration: Deploy, scale, and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s). Experience with managed services like EKS or GKE is a plus. ● Monitoring & Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry) to ensure system health and quick incident response. ● Automation: Automate repetitive operational tasks and streamline processes using scripting languages (e.g., Python or Bash). ● On-Call Duty: Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems, ensuring high system uptime and rapid incident resolution.
