1.Drive the smooth implementation of HR policies and projects within the business unit.
2.Partner with line managers to provide HR consultation and professional advice.
3.Recommend HR initiatives aligned with the business unit’s strategy and development needs.
4.Collaborate with HR functional teams to analyze trends and metrics, and develop solutions, programs, or policies.
5.Provide feedback from the business unit to HR functions to ensure continuous improvement of HR initiatives.
6.Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
