Additionally, this role requires effective communication with regional Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to enable global alignment, drive process enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies. Responsibilities: 1. Partner with regional TA teams to streamline workflows and ensure global alignment on recruitment strategies, policies, and processes.
