*Purpose of the Job
Develop Taiwan Meetings & Events group business
*Responsibilities
- To work towards a challenging sales goal with a dynamic meeting & events team. Reporting directly to Meetings & Events Sales Assistant Manager.
**Mission 1 : M&E Sales Target Achievement
- Work closely with Sales Assistant Manager to dig business opportunities from existing partners.
-Discussing contracts with clients , ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and understood.
-Prepare & delivery of quotations in timely manner and well balance on negotiation and business partnership to close won opportunities.
-Participate and assist various activities/events of sales team.
**Mission 2 : Business Development and Relationship Management
- Identifying and contacting potential MICE clients, networking at industry events, and utilizing various marketing channels.
-Prospecting for new clients, attending industry events, and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
-Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business, and providing excellent customer service.
-Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities.
**Mission 3 : Present Products to Clients and Conduct SiteIinspections as needed
- Preparing customized PPT and presenting to clients in order to win business.
-Understanding client requirements and developing tailored MICE solutions and proposals.
-Conducting site inspections when needed.
-Hosting forums at corporations and conducting training sessions for our business partners.
**Mission 4 : Group Operation
- Assisting/Supervising mice sales coordinator to ensure all group arrangement are well confirmed with TA partner/Resort in advance.
-Providing support throughout the event lifecycle, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.
**Mission 5 : Create Sales Strategy and Execute
- Develops effective group sales plans and actions.
-Staying informed about market trends, understanding the competitive landscape, and developing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
-Tracking sales performance, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
**Mission 6 :Be an active member part of a regional dynamic team of Resort MICE community and commercial offices community with cooperation at its forefront
- Represent brand key values in daily interactions internally & externally
-Work hand in hand with other departments for the best coperation in our environment
-Help & support other Dept when/when needed
