Responsibilities:
Mission 1 : Define, implement and promote an efficient marketing plan
Tasks :
Contribute to elaborating & recommending the market strategic plan (product, client priorities, roles of distribution channels) Elaborate & recommend the annual marketing plan on all disciplines (creative, promotion, media, CRM) to support the upscale strategy and the budget objectives.
Drive the implementation of the online and offline plan: lead the promotional plan implementation, adapt the creative material, manage relation with local Mkt agencies.
Monitor business thanks to RMP and local business reports (GFK etc), monitor actions ROI and recommend action plan adjustments during the year.
Communicate regular Mkt plan updates to the coordination (Regional Mkt forum).
Drive the marketing budget according to budget and forecast decisions in close collaboration with the Finance Manager.
Mission 2 : Guarantees brand image & positioning, upscale strategy implementation and PR
Tasks :
Ensure the worldwide implementation of strategic projects (advertising campaigns, great members, website enhancement…).
Recommend, participate to the brief and then adapt creative materials developed by Strategic Marketing team to the needs of the local market.
Develop local creative and concept in coordination with the Marketing coordination.
Select & manage the PR agency and journalists, lead the PR strategy and annual plan, organise participation to WW/Regional PR events and organize local PR events or press trips.
Conduct crisis management implicating Club Med in the media.
Mission 3 : Drive local marketing strategy to optimize sales
Tasks :
Conduct appropriate action plan to develop the qualified traffic (online and offline), improve conversion rate and monitor performance.
Optimize digital platform efficiency, including official site and AD platforms to drive high ROI.
Define clear action plan to deliver KPIs (conversion, service level, upsell) as part of value road strategy thru innovative actions (competition, incentives, trainings)
Improve overall basket average spend and loyalty adoption.
Mission 4 : Ensure a referential role within the company for market, client and product knowledge
Tasks :
Recommend and lead specific analyses to improve business understanding and help decision making.
Collect & analyze pro-actively market, competition and customers data from the call center and indirect channel, and from marketing agencies.
Ensure competitive intelligence, collect and buy regular market researches. Analyze them to ensure a regular market follow-up.
Recommend, take part to the brief & run with the Marketing coordination specific marketing surveys to better understand our customers’ needs.
Consolidate, report and use the knowledge in the definition of the Marketing & Sales plan.
Mission 5 : Manage team and develop their competencies in line with regional HR processes
Tasks :
Lead & follow up annual assessments on career development and KPIs deliverables
Integrate and accompany new G.Os.
Develop team skills by identifying training needs. Establish an action plan while coaching and training the team members to ensure good retention of talents.
Monitoring continuously the team, individual performances and areas of improvement and give appropriate feedbacks.
Make a close follow up of each team member and motivate them : Make sure that the schedule is respected and that a professional service is always provided.
Apply the HR processes in terms of recruitment, assessment, packages, training, evaluations, key-G.Os program, disciplinary.
Mission 6 :Collaborate with all managers as business partners in a multichannel vision
Tasks :
Coordinate the preparation and participate pro-actively in the business review with other managers of the office
Pro-actively inform indirect and sales and client service center manager of new media campaigns, promotional offers, product news to come
