• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the resort’s presence in the China market, with a primary focus on Beijing / Northern China.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with travel agencies, wholesalers, PCO, tour operators, and key corporate partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing travel partners and key accounts to drive incremental room nights and revenue.
• Conduct regular sales calls, market visits, and industry networking activities to promote the resort and increase market awareness.
• Work closely with the internal Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams to align sales strategies and ensure effective market coverage.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distribution developments in the China market and provide regular market intelligence reports.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and market penetration.

• 支持發展策略合作夥伴關係和推廣活動,以增強品牌知名度和市場滲透率。
