We are looking for a Marketing & CRM Specialist to strengthen the visibility of our brand and product portfolio in Taiwan. The role reports directly to the General Manager and works in close collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team at headquarters. The position supports the sales teams in lead generation activities and CRM adoption, with the objective of promoting a data-driven commercial approach.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication
• Coordinate and manage all marketing and communication activities within the assigned scope, ensuring local execution of the global strategy defined by Corporate Marketing.
• Plan and organize trade fairs, open houses, and customer events, managing budget, logistics, partnerships, and on-site activities.
• Manage relationships with industry media in collaboration with local PR agencies to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
• Provide marketing support to sales teams by developing tools and materials aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate local digital marketing activities and monitor campaign performance(i.e LINE)
• Cooperate with HQ Marketing in the localization of digital campaigns on digital channels, directly managed by HQ (Google, Linkedin).
• Use lead generation tools
• Manage the marketing budget and track results.
• Promote and foster a marketing-oriented culture within the organization.
CRM Management
• Act as the owner of the CRM system for the organization.
• Monitor CRM adoption levels and data quality across the sales network.
• Proactively engage the sales force by tracking key performance indicators related to marketing campaigns, visit reports, and sales opportunities.
• Manage the lead management process and design local marketing campaigns through the CRM platform.
Key Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing roles, preferably in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation processes, Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

開發工具: 運用潛在客戶開發(Lead Generation)工具。
預算與成效: 管理行銷預算並追蹤執行結果。
文化推廣: 在組織內部推廣並培養以行銷為導向的企業文化。
CRM 管理
系統負責人: 擔任組織內 CRM 系統的主要負責人。
品質監控: 監控業務網絡對 CRM 的採用程度及數據品質。
業務驅動: 透過追蹤與行銷活動、拜訪報告及銷售機會相關的關鍵績效指標(KPI),積極推動業務團隊之參與。
流程管理: 管理潛在客戶處理流程,並透過 CRM 平台設計本地行銷活動。
任職要求
教育背景: 擁有行銷、傳播或相關領域學位。
工作經驗: 至少 5 年以上 B2B 行銷經驗,具備工業領域背景者佳。
專業技能: 深厚數位行銷工具、CRM 系統及潛在客戶開發流程之知識。
核心能力: 卓越的溝通技巧、組織能力與分析能力。
