Manager, Business Development & Outreach - Customer relationship development and establishment
【Responsibility】
- Lead the SEMICON TAIWAN international semiconductor exhibition sales team to achieve annual booth sponsorship sales targets.
- Utilize strategies to develop new market ecosystems and establish business models.
- Expand new partnerships domestically and internationally, continuously enhancing the association‘s brand.
- Train new team members and improve team sales skills.
- Regularly visit and develop customers to achieve annual performance targets.
- Collaborate across departments to promote association services and products.
- Organize meetings or other relationship-enhancing activities based on member needs to foster good interaction and cooperation.
- Strategic sales: Develop and standardize sales procedures to optimize team efficiency.
- Collect and analyze member feedback, identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide targeted improvement suggestions.
- Assist in formulating go-to-market strategies for products.
【Requirement】
- Possesses over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor or technology industry, familiar with industry ecosystems and global market operations, with experience leading sales teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of formulating innovative strategies in a rapidly changing environment.
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to effectively interact with senior executives, member companies, and government agencies.
- Personal traits include a strong sense of responsibility, high execution capability, excellent self-management, high accountability, strong stress resistance, and a keen service orientation, dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for members.
- Project management experience, capable of completing cross-departmental and international collaboration projects.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English, able to write reports, deliver presentations, and participate in international conferences.
- Possesses communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively handle various needs and issues of members and partners in high-pressure environments.
- Has integration capabilities, able to coordinate resources across departments to ensure quick responses to the needs of members and partners.
- Demonstrates market acumen, with keen insight into member and market dynamics, capable of formulating and adjusting relationship strategies.
- Exhibits event planning and execution abilities, able to organize and manage member industry activities, enhancing interaction and engagement between both parties.
