工作內容:
This role will focus on supporting both online and offline trade marketing projects, leading campaigns from initial planning to execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross function to ensure smooth project implementation while balancing operational tasks and creative content development.They ensure initiatives are highly targeted, and campaigns are aligned with mutual commercial benefits and contribute to achieving defined business objectives.To achieve results, it is pivotal to collaborate with and lead external partners, such as agencies. Strong project management skills and a detail-oriented personality are needed to assure on-time project delivery with high quality.

-Act as project lead for assigned New Product Launch projects and plan holistic trade communication strategy, including message development, visual design, and communication tool development.
-Plan, organize, and execute trade events independently from concept to completion. Coordinate with cross-function and agency to ensure smooth event operations.
-Actively contribute to the development of trade engagement platforms and activities. Manage external agencies to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-brand, strategic delivery of project plans.
-Support digital communication development, system management and routine maintenance.
-Oversee incentive programs, including e-coupon management and prize delivery arrangements.
-Ensure dedicated review approach of programs is applied and evaluate programs from a quantitative and qualitative perspective to facilitate enhancements for future deployments.
-Cross-function coordination: understand the objectives, priorities and plans of other functions - in particular Commercial Planning, Field Force, Legal...
-Keep other functions informed during program development & deployment. Vice-versa be aware of projects from other functions to allow pro-active reaction from Activation perspective.
-Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request. Support ad-hoc projects with a resilient manner and support the team lead with any potential team administration to ensure smooth teamwork.

-Bachelor degree or above
-3+ years relevant experience in marketing function (trade marketing will be a plus).
-Experience on event planning, agency management and process optimization(system process or business process).
-Cross-function collaboration and communication experience.〝
-Fluent both in English and Chinese. Good writing, presentation and communication skills.
-Well organized and detail oriented.
-Independent. Ability to work well under pressure, positive thinking and open-minded for the teamwork.
-Ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
