Key responsibilites

Main job tasks
1. Project management and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Plan, coordinate and execute events of different scales including marketing campaigns, internal summits, product launches, symposia, internal meetings etc.
- Ensure all elements are aligned with strategic goals, a seamless experience for attendees, and successful event delivery.
2. Digital & hybrid event solutions
- Explore virtual and hybrid event strategies to maximize engagement
- Track and analyze event performance data to measure ROI and optimize future events
3. Support development of marketing materials
- Develop and update marketing, advertising, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure materials meet campaign objectives.
4. Manage marketing budgets
- Track and report on marketing expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Assist in budget planning and consolidate for marketing activities.
5. Provide operational support to Brand teams
- Support Brand teams with the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to enhance efficiency.
