我們正在尋找一位具策略思維與人才發展熱忱的培訓部經理 (L&D Manager),負責規劃與推動全飯店的人才發展策略,打造高效能團隊並強化組織競爭力。
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager to drive talent development initiatives, enhance organizational capability, and foster a strong learning culture across the hotel.
🎯 主要職責|Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute training plans to support business and talent development
規劃並執行培訓計畫,支持營運與人才發展
• Drive leadership development, employee growth, and performance improvement
推動主管培育與員工發展,提升整體績效
• Lead internship programs and manage school partnerships
負責實習生招募與培訓,並建立與學校合作關係
• Deliver training programs and enhance learning effectiveness
執行培訓課程並優化學習成效
• Promote a strong learning culture and employee engagement
建立學習型組織並提升員工參與度
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational needs
與各部門合作,確保培訓符合實務需求
✅ 任職條件|Key Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training (hospitality preferred)
具備5年以上培訓或人才發展經驗(飯店或服務業尤佳)
• Experience in internship program management or campus engagement is a plus
具備實習專案或校園合作經驗尤佳
• Strong skills in training design, facilitation, and talent development
熟悉課程設計、授課與人才培育
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
具優秀跨部門溝通及專案推動能力
• Passion for people development and organizational growth
對人才發展與組織成長具高度熱忱
• Fluent in Mandarin with intermediate English communication skills
中文流利,具備英文中等溝通能力
