What you will be doing:
As the Commercial Manager for Emission Control Chemicals, you will lead the commercial pod responsible for managing the end-to-end quote-to-cash process while driving commercial performance, governance, and customer excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and developing a team of Emission Control Chemical Specialists
• Managing the full quote-to-cash process, ensuring speed, accuracy, and commercial discipline
• Reviewing and supporting complex or high-value customer enquiries
• Driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and Value Conversion Rate (VCR) performance
• Monitoring KPIs such as hit rates, response times, pipeline quality, and commercial trends
• Collaborating closely with Product Management, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to improve delivery
performance and customer experience
• Acting as the escalation point for pricing, supplier, and delivery-related challenges
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements, commercial initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Building a strong team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
