Position: Manager, Cross-Border Business
【What You Will Do】
Develop and implement comprehensive cross-border business strategies to expand the company’s presence in Taiwan market.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of cross-border initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects to dive into pain points, improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.
Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including overseas vendors, logistics providers, and government agencies, to support cross-border business objectives.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.
【Basic Qualifications】
6+ years of experience in program management or business operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
Ability to deep dive into complex issues, demonstrate attention to detail, and solve customer service issues efficiently
Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes
Strong analytical skills and strong capability in Excel with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.
Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Familiar with SQL
