1. Monitor the Entire Front Office Team
Supervise and coordinate the operations of the entire Front Office team, including Drivers, Bell Service, Concierge, Front Desk, Executive Lounge, AYS, and the Reservation Team.
2. Handle Guest Issues
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, including room conditions, financial matters, and other room-related cases, ensuring guest satisfaction.
3. Staff Development and Evaluations
Plan and implement staff development and training programs, and conduct regular performance evaluations to foster team growth and enhance efficiency.
4. Ensure Personalized Guest Recognition
Guarantee that all guests receive timely and personalized service, enhancing guest satisfaction and upholding our brand image.
5. Manage Front Office Financials and Performance
Oversee Front Office financial reporting, budget control, upselling performance, and BSA scores, ensuring departmental operations align with financial goals.
6. Act on Behalf of the Director of Rooms
Handle departmental issues and make decisions in the absence of the Director of Rooms, ensuring smooth operation of the department.
