    Job Summary: The HR Specialist – Learning Development & Performance Management is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering support staff learning, professional development, and performance management systems in alignment with school priorities, HR initiatives, and compliance requirements. In addition, the HR Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for support staff professional learning development and performance management‑related inquiries, providing guidance, coordination, and clear communication to support staff members and their supervisors. The role supports strategic HR initiatives related to supporting workforce planning and staff development, contributes to process improvements, and ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing support staff performance and professional growth records. Core Duties and Responsibilities: - Plans, coordinates, and delivers support staff professional learning and development, and employee wellness initiatives aligned with organizational goals and HR priorities. - Coordinates schoolwide employee learning and development initiatives in collaboration with the Office of Learning. - Manages support staff performance management systems, ensuring evaluation processes align with school policies, procedures, standards, and established timelines. - Coordinates and manages support staff performance review cycles, including process administration, timeline management, and tracking of performance review related documentation. - Manage support staff attendance requirements and work schedule tracking, inquiries, and maintenance to ensure alignment with operational needs and compliance with Taiwan government labor regulations. - Manages support staff professional learning, development, and performance‑related inquiries and communications. - Provide guidance, advisory support, and process improvement recommendations related to support staff performance management. - Ensure compliance with performance management policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements. - Support strategic HR initiatives related to workforce planning, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. - Perform other HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
