Sales & Operation task:
業務方面職責:
- Assisting sales personnel with the preparation of quotations, sales analysis, and performance reports.
協助業務人員製作報價單、銷售分析、績效報告。
-Handling sales commission calculations and assisting the sales manager with sales bonuses, financial budgeting, and various sales and marketing activities/plans and execution.
處理銷售佣金計算,並協助業務經理在銷售獎金、財務預算編制和各種銷售及市場活動/計劃與執行。
-Issuing sales orders and invoices, and tracking shipment progress.
開立銷貨單、發票,出貨進度追蹤。
- Answering the main phone line.
總機電話接聽。
- Organizing and filing documents and maintaining a tidy environment.
文件整理、保持辦公室環境整齊。
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
其他主管交辦事項。
- Support on retail shops inventory control and Deluxe/ Sample/ GWP allocation
支援及協調零售店的庫存控制和樣品/贈品的分配
Marketing task:
行銷方面職責:
-Consumer Marketing and retail promotion management (Trade calendar execution to POS level)
消費者行銷與零售促銷管理 (品牌通路專案執行至專櫃層面)
- Responsible for the graphic design and printing for various marketing campaigns and routine
負責各種行銷活動和日常活動的平面設計和印刷
