◆專案規劃與執行：從策展概念發想到落地執行，確保展覽順利進行
◆溝通協調：與設計師、策展人、供應商、客戶緊密合作，確保各環節無縫接軌
◆現場管理：展覽搭建、現場突發狀況處理，讓每一場展覽都完美呈現
◆預算與時程控管：在有限的資源內，創造最大價值
◆參與創意發想：不只是執行者，更是創意推手，讓展覽更具吸引力，具文化創意產業類政府標案企劃書撰寫經驗佳

我們在找這樣的你：
⭐相關領域學歷（藝術管理、展覽設計、博物館學等佳）
⭐1年以上展覽、博物館、活動相關或專案管理經驗（若有特別亮眼的作品或經歷，可放寬要求！）
⭐具備電腦文書軟體及簡報製作能力（Word, Excel、PowerPoint、Adobe、Trello等）
⭐有國際展覽或跨國合作經驗更是加分

Your Responsibilities:
◆ Project Planning & Execution – From concept development to final implementation, ensuring seamless exhibition execution.
◆ Communication & Coordination – Collaborating closely with designers, curators, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
◆ On-site Management – Overseeing exhibition setup and handling unexpected situations to ensure a flawless presentation.
◆ Budget & Timeline Control – Maximizing value within limited resources while maintaining quality.
◆ Creative Contributions – More than just an executor, you will be a driving force for creativity, enhancing the exhibition’s appeal. Experience in writing government project proposals in the cultural and creative industries is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:
⭐ Relevant Education Background (Preferably in Art Management, Exhibition Design, Museum Studies, etc.)
⭐ 1+ Years of Experience in exhibitions, museums, event management, or project management (exceptional portfolios may compensate for experience).
⭐ Proficiency in Office & Design Software (Adobe, Canva, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
⭐ Experience in International Exhibitions or Cross-Border Collaborations is a plus!
