1. Order management
• Reviews customer orders on their completeness and accuracy.
• Clarifies inconsistencies with sales team or customer.
• Process order entry and monitor overall order status included stock availability, upcoming goods schedule, delivery status and provide feedback on installation completion status.
• Arrange delivery and dispatch installation information to the relevant party.
2. Sales and customer requests
• Respond to customer and sales requests for order status, product availability, backlog status, credit and billing issues, installation completion status, all related to sales process.
3. Customer complaint
• Handles customer complaints regarding logistical or commercial mistakes
• Issue credit/debit, arrange return shipment.
4. Issue invoice and process month end reconciliation
5. Generate report and coordinate with the project on needed basis.
6. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
