核心職責
1. 技術支援
o 為汽修設備提供技術支持,涵蓋安裝、調試、故障排除與維修,確保設備穩定運行。
o 支援其他產品線的技術工作,如鈑金設備、電動工具及扭力工具的故障診斷與問題解決。
2. 產品安裝與調試
o 安裝和調試汽修設備,確保符合技術規範並滿足客戶需求。
o 配合其他產品線的安裝工作,提供技術建議並協助解決現場挑戰。
3. 培訓與指導
o 為客戶及內部團隊提供汽修設備和其他產品的使用與維護培訓。
o 編寫並更新技術手冊及培訓材料,確保信息的準確性和實用性。
4. 故障排除與根本原因分析
o 診斷並修復設備故障,分析根本原因並制定長期解決方案。
o 為內部和外部客戶提供有效的技術建議,提升問題解決效率。
5. 合作與報告
o 與產品專員及其他技術團隊合作,確保多產品線的技術問題得到有效解決。
o 定期提交技術支持活動報告,包括安裝、維修及培訓記錄。
任職要求
1. 學歷
o 專科以上學歷,汽車修護、機械工程或相關領域背景。
2. 經驗
o 2年以上汽修設備相關技術支持經驗,並對其他設備如鈑金工具或電動工具有一定了解者優先。
3. 技能
o 熟悉汽修設備的技術特性,並能快速適應其他產品線的技術需求。
o 優秀的問題分析與解決能力,能獨立處理技術挑戰。
o 良好的溝通與團隊合作能力,能有效與內部及客戶協作。
o 良好的英文讀寫能力。

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role primarily focuses on providing technical support for automotive repair equipment (e.g., alignment machines, tire changers, balancers) while also supporting other product lines, including body repair equipment (e.g., bodywork repair systems), power tools, and torque tools. The ideal candidate should be adept at problem-solving and capable of assisting customers and internal teams in resolving diverse technical challenges while delivering professional training and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support
o Provide technical support for automotive repair equipment, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair, ensuring equipment operates reliably.
o Support technical tasks for other product lines, including diagnosing and resolving issues with body repair equipment, power tools, and torque tools.
2. Product Installation and Commissioning
o Install and commission automotive repair equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.
o Assist in installation tasks for other product lines, offering technical advice and addressing on-site challenges.
3. Training and Guidance
o Provide training to customers and internal teams on the use and maintenance of automotive repair equipment and other products.
o Write and update technical manuals and training materials to ensure accuracy and usability.
4. Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
o Diagnose and repair equipment faults, analyze root causes, and develop long-term solutions.
o Provide effective technical recommendations to internal and external customers, enhancing problem-solving efficiency.
5. Collaboration and Reporting
o Collaborate with product specialists and other technical teams to ensure effective resolution of multi-product line technical issues.
o Submit regular technical support activity reports, including installation, repair, and training records.
Requirements
• Education
o Associate degree or higher, preferably in automotive repair, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• Experience
o At least 2 years of technical support experience related to automotive repair equipment, with a preference for candidates familiar with body repair tools or power tools.
• Skills
o Familiarity with the technical characteristics of automotive repair equipment, with the ability to quickly adapt to the technical needs of other product lines.
o Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, with the ability to independently address technical challenges.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.
o Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
