• 官方社群平台維護與行銷策略企劃執行(Facebook, Instagram及LINE)
• 負責與代理商協作執行數位行銷策略,包含 SEO、Meta Search、Meta Ads、Google PPC多媒體廣告投放,並進行成效追蹤、數據分析與優化。
• 年度數位行銷廣告預算規劃及控管
• 統籌影音行銷製作及規劃
• KOL網紅行銷合作企劃及執行
• EDM規劃及執行
• 監督酒店官方線上商店之維護
• 官方網站内容更新和維護
條件要求
• 大學以上行銷廣告相關科系畢業
• 三年以上數位行銷經驗,具廣告投放、社群媒體經營等經驗尤佳
• 熟悉 Google、Meta 等主要數位平台, 具備成功執行數位行銷活動的實務經驗及優異成效紀錄
• 具備優秀中英文説寫能力
Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
• Oversee effective and creative social media marketing strategy implementation across Facebook, Instagram, and LINE OA
• Collaborate with agency partners to implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, Meta Search, Meta Ads, Google PPC, and multimedia channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and drive continuous optimization to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage and allocate strategically annual/ad hoc digital marketing budget to drive revenue for all business segments
• Implement the video marketing strategies
• Pitch and manage influencer collaborations to maximize media exposure across rooms, dining, and spa promotions
• Drive direct mailing initiatives suitable for local and global distribution
• Supervise the maintenance of hotel’s official eShop and related e-commerce activities
• Ensure timely updates on the official website, troubleshoot website issues when necessary
Requirements
• University diploma or equivalent, degree in marketing, communications preferred
• Minimum 3 years experiences in media buy, digital marketing and social media management related fields
• Digital savvy, knowledge of best practices across key digital platforms (i.e. Google, Meta)
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaign execution
• Excellent written and spoken comprehension in both Chinese and English
