What will you mainly do
l Sales force performance analysis (40%)
- Evaluate performance of sales teams by regularly updating and reporting on SFE KPIs (e.g. visit frequency, call plan compliance, EEM KPIs in incentive plan etc.)
- Identify and share actionable insights to enhance sales force productivity to sales heads
l Territory setup and optimization (30%)
- Develop framework and process to evaluate territory setup across sales teams
- Review Diabetes and Obesity territory setup and bring recommendations on what could be optimized
l Opportunity assessment (30%)
- Expand and update Obesity HCO model with new data insights to improve evaluation of which accounts have highest potential
We expect you to be
l Postgraduate student majoring in Business, Finance, Marketing
l Strong data and analytical skills
l Fluent in English writing.
l Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
l Able to work independently with a proactive attitude and eager to learn.
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a strong team player.
l Strong project management skills, with working experience in developing and executing project plans.
l Office hours: 3 days/24 hours per week.
