【工作內容】
1.Key Responsibilities:
2.Responsible for accurate and timely order entry, processing, and tracking, ensuring all customer orders are properly archived and backed up.
3.Support internal teams by organizing and maintaining customer-related data, including company profiles, transaction records, and issue resolution status.
4.Provide shipping documentation and assist in coordinating outbound shipments, including import/export procedures.
5.Assist sales teams with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations, ensuring smooth internal coordination and execution.
6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
7.Support digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and data accuracy.
【條件】
•月薪:$40000~$50000(依學歷、經歷核薪)
•專科/大學畢
•熟電腦office軟體基本操作(PowerPoint、Outlook、Excel、Word)
•具備英文讀寫能力 (TOEIC 650分以上為佳)
•使用過SAP系統為優先
【此職缺為派遣職,派遣合約半年,若工作表視經考核通過即轉為正職】
