1.合約處理:撰擬、審閱、審核,必要時陪同進行協商會議。
2.合約管理:建歸檔、定期盤點、集團合約管理系統追蹤及屆期處理。
3.集團政策:對應集團各種例行性或突發性指示、佈達政策、查調或回饋,並輔導同仁遵循集團規範。
4.法律諮詢:回饋主管、同仁諮詢營運業務相關法律問題。
5.紛爭協助:對於公司發生糾紛或爭議提供相關法律意見。
6.智財管理:管理公司商標、專利、軟體授權檢視及通報。
7.制度建立:遵循集團及公司規範,並因地制宜建立或優化法務通報。
8.法令遵循:檢視公司當地法規遵循狀態,必要時提供修正法規對應。
9.教育訓練:視情況提供同仁公司內部法律相關授課,或制度宣導。
10.外部律所:與當地外部律師事務所接洽及配合合作。

4. Legal consultation: Providing feedback on legal issues related to operational business upon inquiry from supervisors and colleagues.
5. Dispute assistance: Offering relevant legal opinions for disputes or controversies arising within the company.
6. Intellectual property management: Managing the company‘s trademarks, patents, software licensing review, and reporting.
7. System establishment: Establishing or optimizing legal reporting systems in accordance with group and company regulations, tailored to local conditions.
8. Compliance with laws: Reviewing the company‘s compliance status with local regulations and providing necessary amendments to correspond with regulations.
9. Education and training: Providing internal legal-related training or system advocacy to colleagues as needed.
10. External law firms: Liaising and cooperating with local external law firms.
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
