2、透過與客戶的溝通,有效分析並解決客戶的需求,並及時推介公司相關最新活動;
3、收集客戶資訊和用戶意見,對公司形象提升提出參考意見;
4、為客戶提供主動、熱情、滿意、周到的客戶服務,使之與公司保持良好的合作關係;
5、認真貫徹執行公司管理規定和規章制度,努力提高自身業務水準;
6、認真負責的做好每班工作交接;
7、根據公司業務需求,服從公司輪班調配要求
