What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day Physical Security operations, including guarding, Security Control Room, access control, CCTV monitoring, patrols, and incident response. Ensure security personnel are trained on SOPs and operational responsibilities through briefings, exercises, and refresher training. Manage security service providers and ensure performance meets agreed operational requirements. Support audits, Physical Security assessments, and remediation activities. Support new projects and site changes, ensuring SOPs, training, documentation, and operational readiness are in place before handover. ASML‘s CRE Physical Security guidance includes commissioning, acceptance, handover, operations, and maintenance. Drive consistency and continuous improvement across Physical Security operations. Who We’re Looking For Requirements 6+ years of Physical Security experience, including security operations and leadership responsibilities. Strong experience in security operations and SOP/procedure development. Knowledge of guarding, Security Control Room operations, incident response, access control, CCTV, and alarm management. Experience supporting security audits, assessments, and corrective actions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Business proficiency in English and the applicable local language. Ability to support multiple sites and travel when required. Soft Skills & Attributes Strong operational leadership and ownership. Ability to turn security requirements into clear and executable SOPs. Strong incident management and problem-solving skills. Effective supplier and stakeholder management. Structured approach to documentation, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
