Job Description
• Responsible for customer service and support of company products, including but not limited to repairing / troubleshooting of probe cards
• Manage field escalation to provide quick solutions and/or leading engineering work and driving effective, timely communication with customers
• Provide customer training, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement programme at the customer site
• Compile and maintain the database of product performance at field
• Identify opportunity and provide innovative solutions to improve customer’s overall use of the company probe cards
• Provide problem solving recommendations or solution by communicating with a customer and internal company worldwide team
• Maintaining excellent customer relationship through technical support and communication.
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Engineering or related degree
• Min 3 years test engineering experience (e.g. Wafer Sort or Final Test) in semiconductor and/or application engineering in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) company or semiconductor capital equipment. Experience in probe card is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service and support
• Excellent customer managements and interface skills
• Ability to present technical information in a dynamic, detailed, and credible way
• Communication skills (verbal/written) in English
• Knowledge of electronics and semiconductor manufacturing (Especially, back-end semiconductor test desired)
• Personal car for traveling to provide customer service.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts or be 〝on call,〝 as wafer fabs operate 24/7.
