What you‘ll do:
As an Administrator, Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be immersed in a dynamic banking environment where your ability to collaborate across departments will be essential. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting experienced relationship managers in delivering outstanding service to clients by managing accounts effectively and promoting a range of financial products. You will be entrusted with responding swiftly to customer inquiries and resolving complex issues that arise during transactions. By working closely with compliance and credit risk teams, you will help ensure all processes meet regulatory standards while safeguarding the interests of both the bank and its clients. Your analytical skills will be put to use through regular credit assessments and reporting, contributing directly to the team‘s operational excellence. - Assist with comprehensive account management for clients under the team, including relationship management, monitoring account profitability, promoting bank products, conducting credit assessments, and overseeing daily operations.
- Support relationship managers by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle troubleshooting tasks, and resolve complex issues efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Promote bank products such as loans, deposits, foreign exchange services, derivatives, and other cross-sell offerings to help achieve profit targets through effective relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with compliance teams to understand local regulations and ensure all activities adhere to legal requirements.
- Work in partnership with credit risk management departments on any credit-related matters associated with transactions or client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee seamless transaction processing while maintaining strict compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Obtain necessary internal approvals for new transactions, account openings, renewals, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Conduct regular credit analysis by collecting information directly from customers as well as external sources; report findings promptly (including borrower rating reviews) to mitigate potential credit losses.
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement of operational efficiency within the team and actively support implementation initiatives.
