•Responsible for the stable operation of facility systems;
implement SOP/OCAP standardized procedures to achieve 100％ equipment supply availability.
•Handle equipment and system abnormalities;
execute emergency response and root cause analysis,
and formulate track preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
•Energy management and cost optimization;
drive energy-saving initiatives and TQM control schemes
to achieve a 100％ target rate in operational cost control.
Electrical System
1. Responsible for electricity secondary distribution,
load list establishment, and maintenance of drawings data.
2. Execute electrical IP projects and
manage system operational records and reporting.
Water System
1. Ensure stable supply of Ultra-Pure Water
and reclaimed water systems, maintaining water quality
in compliance with specifications and regulations.
2. Oversee water treatment expansion project schedules
and implement water optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
HVAC System
1. Execute routine maintenance, repairs for air-side equipment,
and cleanroom environmental management.
2. Drive system reliability improvements and
automation projects to stabilize key parameters
such as temperature, humidity, and differential pressure.
