Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement English teaching courses for elementary school students, designing innovative and interactive classroom activities.
2. Prepare detailed lesson plans based on students‘ learning progress and needs to ensure the achievement of teaching objectives.
3. Focus on improving pronunciation and language application skills, helping students master English conversation.
4. Maintain good communication with students and parents, providing regular feedback on student learning progress.
5. Evaluate students‘ learning performance and adjust teaching methods and strategies as needed.
6. Assist in planning and executing school and extracurricular activities, such as book clubs and speech contests, to enhance students‘ immersive language learning experience.
7. Manage the classroom both inside and outside the classroom, maintaining a positive learning environment and classroom discipline.
8. Proficiently utilize teaching resources and presentation tools to promote classroom professionalism and learning effectiveness.
