The Communication Assistant Manager assists in the development, coordination and execution of all communications activities. Under the guidance and supervision of the Communication Manager and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, promotes and maintains good communications in order to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel and by doing so contributes to the revenues of the hotel.
●Assists and supports the coordination of photography for advertising, collateral, interviews and other public relations activities between the hotel, advertising agency, and the marketing department at corporate office.
●Works closely with the Communications Manager on all requirements necessary for F&B and Rooms photo shoot, including props and other materials needed as well as other departments concerned.
●Assists and coordinates requests for photo shoot received from media, schools and government offices.
●Assists the Communication Manager in the execution of all printed and digital collaterals for F&B, Marketing, and Rooms Division.
●Researches on promotions, brainstorm on concept, and works closely with the Communication Manager and Print Shop artists on the design of the collaterals.
●Works closely with artists in the printing of in-room collaterals and ensures quality based on Corporate ID Manual.
●Coordinates closely with F&B and Sales & Marketing for the timely production of their collaterals and consistency of quality.
●Meets with the Communication Manager on the proposed weekly press entertainment list based on the upcoming F&B promotions for the month.
●Prepares press releases and press photos.
●Ensures timely and proper distribution of press releases to the media.
●Assists the Communication Manager in the liaison between the hotel and advertising agency on the international and local campaigns’ creative and media plans.
●Handles job assigned by Communication Manager and coordination with relevant departments of the hotel is necessary.
●To submit the monthly Communications activity report
●To seek high-end sponsorship to enhance the hotel’s packages and promotions.
