• Qualification, Skills, and Relevant experience Qualification
- Bachelor‘s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, or Civil
Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. Should have
knowledge of Autocad and BIM software Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Comfortable reading and understanding PDF and CAD drawings
- 10-12 years of experience in project management within ground-up building
construction and construction of high-end commercial interior fit-out
- Hands-on knowledge about necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory
prerequisites
- Should have good written and verbal command over English and Mandarin
Language Relevant Experience/ knowledge
- 10-12 years of experience in project management within ground-up building
construction and construction of high-end commercial interior fit-out
- Should have proven working experience in construction management or a similar
role
- Hands-on knowledge about necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory
prerequisites
- Demonstrate knowledge of construction, engineering, high-end commercial
interior fit-out (Hospitality Projects), architecture principles, MEP High side and
low-side services, overall coordination
- Outstanding knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant
rules, regulations, and quality standards
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and
conditions
• Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall building construction, Interior Fit-put & MEP works
- Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from beginning to end
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
- Should have the ability to coordinate with the design team at different
geographical locations, local coordination between Permit Architect, Structural
consultant, MEP consultant, Cost consultant, GC contractors, etc.
- Manage construction schedule and activities
- Always ensure quality construction standards
- Ensure the schedule of all the deliverables
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Budget planning and cost estimating
- Manage and mitigate risks
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Predict resources needed to complete the project
- Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Prepare weekly progress reports indicating progress updates regarding Quality,
safety, Progress, cost, and timelines
