• 關注競爭對手的活動和行業創新與行政主廚一起審查並核准功能表設計與構思
Pay attention to competitors’ activities and industry innovations, review and approve the design and concept of the menu with the executive chef
• 確保食物和飲品的安全以及安全儲存，始終保持庫存充足，並儘量減少浪費
Ensure the safety and safe storage of food and beverages, always keep sufficient stocks, and minimize waste
• 處理食物和飲品的庫存盤點決定所有食品、酒水、物資和設備的最大及最小庫存量
