【Facility JD】
Safety & Quality:
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standard processes
Leading quality improvement initiatives in area of expertise to reduce Fab impacts, improve efficiency and drive cost savings
Owning content of construction specifications, design standards and design checklists that ensure quality, efficiency, and safe work
Communication & Collaboration:
Partnering with key team members to develop solutions to continuously improve critical metrics
Listening to customer feedback, recognizing opportunities, and driving technical innovation
Coordinating contracted engineers, designers, and manufacturers to deliver results on projects and initiatives which they have been hired to provide.
Project Management/Planning:
Leading projects to ensure work is completed within the required scope, schedule, and budget
Preparing project Basis of design (BOD) documentation for bidding by third parties.
Tracking system capacities and future loading to ensure upgrades are completed on time
Review and approval of project design drawings and 3D models
Review and approval of field installations during construction
Review and acceptance of commissioned systems
Review and approval of equipment and component submittals and RFI’s
Qualifications:
Confirmed ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively
Validated skills in working effectively with team members from different subject areas
Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and self-improve
Proven ability to communicate and present technical information effectively to all audiences
Proven experience with electrical system designs
