【Job Description】:
1.Oversee school operations, including parent-teacher communication and school admissions planning.
2.Plan the school’s administrative structure and assign tasks to staff.
3.Review school operations, teaching logs, and various work conditions.
4.Coordinate the evaluation process for different school activities.
5.Set the semester calendar and implement scheduled tasks.
6.Supervise teaching and academic affairs within the school.
7.Develop in-service programs for staff training, quality improvement, resource .utilization, and boosting employee morale.
8.Manage and recruit foreign teachers.
9.Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia Approach.
