工作內容:
1. Order receiving and provide the order acknowledgement to Customers.
2. Support project management activities by coordinating tasks, tracking
progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Assist in translation of English email and deliver information to the
internal. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external
communications.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring their
satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Respond promptly to customer inquiries in the office and during meetings.
7. Proven ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges.
8. Online meeting or phone calls is needed sometimes.
9. Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, and taking
minutes.
