Technical service
Support the implementation of all relevant technical support action plans
• To provide all required sales tools preparation and Key value confirmation.
• Local Demo set up together with sales campaigns to pull demand from customers.
• Provide technical advice and training to end-users and/or wholesalers to identify business opportunities.
• Regularly visit key customers and end-users to gather information on customer expectations/issues regarding solution performance, technical service requirements, and competitor activities to validate suitability for solution sales and report back at group meetings.
• As a technical consultant, provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, including handling/follow-up complaint investigation and reporting.
• Report to supervisor/team members in a timely manner and revise technical sales tools on a regular basis.
• Demonstration trials and farmer meetings were held to demonstrate the benefits of BASF‘s solution packages.
Product application and development
• Make contacts via regular visits/calls, according to customer needs to develop application of products and services effectively.
• Providing information related to farmer expectation and product performance with team members on regularly meeting.
• Evaluate product and service marketability in terms of customers’ technical needs.
Product launch
• Provide product information to complete positioning setting and packing size to meet end-user’s needs.
• Participate as part of a product launch team to ensure smooth introduction of the solution in customer serving processes.
