電話客服專員是公司與客戶之間最直接的溝通橋樑。你將透過電話、線上訊息或其他服務渠道,協助客戶解決疑問、處理問題,並在每一次互動中,傳遞我們的專業與誠意。
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the most direct bridge between our company and our customers. Through phone calls, online messages, or other service channels, you’ll help resolve inquiries, handle concerns, and deliver professionalism and sincerity in every interaction.

-Provide thoughtful solutions and recommend relevant products or services when appropriate.
-Analyze customer feedback regularly and contribute to internal service improvement.

Things you will do
-執行客戶滿意度調查,蒐集與分析客戶回饋。
-推廣公司活動、新產品或專案方案,提升客戶參與度與品牌認同。
-接聽並處理客戶來電,提供即時且適切的服務與解決方案。
-協助管理線上客服、書面回覆等多元服務渠道,確保一致的服務品質。
-訂閱制帳務等相關問題聯繫與回應(1位負責)
-Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
-Promote company campaigns, new products, or special service offers.
-Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and care.
-Support customer communication via multiple channels such as phone, email, and online messaging.
-Provide support for subscription-related account issues(one responsible person)
What we‘re looking for on your resume
-具客服、電話行銷或客戶關係相關經驗尤佳。
-擅長溝通與傾聽,能在壓力下保持冷靜與專業。
-具備責任感、主動積極,樂於追蹤並完成服務任務。
-熟悉基本電腦操作與Office軟體應用。
-擁有高服務意識、耐心與同理心。
-Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or client relationship management is a plus.
-Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
-Responsible, self-motivated, and proactive in following through on tasks.
-Comfortable with computer tools and Microsoft Office applications.
-Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a strong service mindset.
