1.Intelligence, Expertise, and Experience Sharing:
a.Role Overview: Follow management’s instruction and in charge of Business Integration data analytics to activate powerful business intelligence and drive demand creation insights with Sales, Marketing, RAM, and Distributors.
b.Objective: Understand market trends and capture increased market share for projects, products, and distributors within APeC and partner organizations.
c.Key Platforms: Well prepare and maximize the inference of MSIP (Market Share Invasion program), SFA (Sales Funnel Analytics) Workshop, Demand Creation Workshop, and Salesforce CRM STriving for excellence with GSM through strategic, dynamic, fact-based KPIs.
2.Drive Demand Creation and Business Conversion through Big Data Analytics based Strategy
a.Data Utilization: Follow management’s guide and leverage Stromboli database to empower target audiences in demand creation and accelerate business trends.
b.Dashboards Identification: Innovate with cutting-edge dashboards using Power BI and other business tools to project robust business projection for future years, integrating insights from customers, products, distributors, divisions, and more.
c.Enhancement Tools: Exploit the capabilities of Salesforce CRM and Power BI dashboards to ensure data integrity and quality.
3.Platform and Dashboard Development for Business Projection
a.Business Identification: Pinpoint ongoing business opportunities according to the sustain rate and adapt to market segment shifts and possible inventories. Infuse new demand creation into future business projections with precision.
b.KPI Development: Propel fact-based, business-driven KPIs for target audiences developing and using Power BI dashboards, including BPS (Business Pipeline Simulation), SFA (Sales Funnel Analytics), Must-WIN, and MSIP (Customer Base #, Cross-Selling Indexes, Conversion Rate, Gold Seeker etc.), and MSIP PPT.
