• Assist in overseeing the effective and efficient operation of Reception which include room management, registration, cashiering. Excel in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to guests.
• Attend to all feedbacks/comments from guest and transmit them to the departments concerned and ensure that corrective actions are taken immediately.
• Ensure full knowledge and understand of LQE is delivered to the gussets at all times.
• Check group room allocation, and other special request for groups.
• Read through arrival report and see to all guests’ requests and needs according to MOHG established service by guest categories standards.
• Supervise and conduct on the job training to all new officers.
• Manage room control, monitor availability and efficient release of rooms for arrival guests
• To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Duty Manager.
