職責要求
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages or performs work associated with the following:
• Maintaining Flexible L/T to customer by assembly capacity and material provision
• Management of order process to keep high on-time-delivery rate to customers.
• Management of inventory control and prevent unnecessary SLOB
• Detecting risk and bottleneck of production, and making solution
• Factory resource arrangement (manpower, materials and facilities) in slow and peak seasons
• Managing supply chain Demand/Forecast/Order by Production plan
• Continuously developing and coaching high potential talent to be professionals
Responsibilities typically include:
• Setting & Reviewing day-to-day operational objectives for team members
• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed
• Problem solving and continuous improvement
任職資格
• Graduated from University or above
• Above 7-year Management experience in Production Planning, Purchasing or Supply Chain management
• Above 7-year working experience in automobile, electronic or bicycle related industry
• Good communication skill and integrative capability on cross function
• Good English communication skill
• Familiar of MRP or ERP of SAP
