1. Input, process, and track orders from European and American customers.
2. Maintain communication with European and American customers, respond to emails, and confirm delivery schedules.
3. Assist the business in handling administrative tasks related to sales operations within the company.
4. Support the sales team in organizing data and information about European and American customers.
5. Assist in preparing for international exhibitions.
Assist sales to:
- Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
- Enter new customer information
- Support inventory planning and shipping schedules
- Provide Logistic support and backup as needed
- Prepare Business Reports as required for assigned accounts and responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, cargo, import / export documents
- Daily English oral discussion with multi-country sales team members
1. 輸入、處理並追蹤歐美客戶訂單。
2. 保持與歐美客戶間之聯繫,回覆e-mail,並確認交貨期。
3. 協助業務處理銷售業務相關之公司內部行政作業。
4. 協助業務人員整理歐美客戶資料
5. 協助準備國際展覽
協助銷售:
- 報價、信用條款,並為獲得的訂單準備銷售合同
- 輸入新客戶信息
- 支持庫存計劃和運輸計劃
- 根據需要提供後勤支持和支持
- 根據分配的賬戶和職責的要求準備業務報告
- 協調物流、貨物、進出口文件
- 與跨國籍銷售團隊成員進行日常口語討論 (英語)
