Duties:
The Junior HR Business Partner provides operational HR support to the site by assisting in the implementation of core HR processes and initiatives. This role focuses on executing day-to-day activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies. Working closely with senior HR team members, the position aims to deliver efficient HR services that enhance employee experience and support business objectives.
HR Support and Coordination
• Provide day-to-day HR support to the site management team on employee-related matters.
• Assist in implementing HR programs such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
• Support employee development initiatives by coordinating training sessions with the Learning & Development team.
• Communicate HR policy updates and ensure employees understand and comply with company guidelines.
Recruitment and Onboarding
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Enboarder).
• Assist in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
HR Administration and Systems
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems (SAP, ePF) as required.
• Support payroll and personnel data updates in coordination with Shared Service Center (SSC).
• Prepare basic HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and attendance.
Employee Engagement
• Assist in organizing employee recognition and appreciation programs.
• Support handling basic employee relations issues in line with company policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and summarize feedback for analysis.
Other Support
• Assist in internal audits, customer audits, and government inspections related to HR compliance.
• Support regional HR initiatives and projects (e.g., diversity, engagement activities).
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years of general HR experience (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
