We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Event Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution, primarily focusing on venue sourcing, booking, and comprehensive logistics management. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams to understand and meet client requirements, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Lead venue sourcing and booking for events.
• Manage both inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth event execution.
• Handle reimbursements and financial aspects related to event logistics.
• Develop strong relationships with sales teams, understanding and translating their needs into successful events.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and management.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional administrative, managerial, and operational skills to oversee event processes from conception to completion.
