Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle personal and business-related matters of the CEO and provide secretarial support
2. Responsible for organizing, scheduling, answer incoming calls and general enquiries
3. Responsible for arranging the schedule of family members
4. Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans, and event arrangements
5. Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences
6. Handle travel itineraries; flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and visa arrangements
7. Handling personal tasks – occasional personal assignments, such as organizing household staff, managing family schedules, and running errands
8. Maintaining important documents and files, both physical and digital, creating and updating spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
9. Ability to accompany the CEO on business trips and handle all travel logistics

8. 維護重要的實體和數位文件和文件,建立和更新電子表格、簡報和報告
9. 能夠陪同執行長出差並處理所有旅行後勤工作
