Responsibilities
1. Coordinates and supports the execution of recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
2. Organize and manage new employee onboarding, including conducting orientation, explaining company policies and procedures, and assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork.
3. Act as the primary point of contact with the leasing company, handle leasing requests from line managers and ensure accuracy in monthly invoice.
4. Handle HR related inquiries or requests from employees in a timely and fair manner.
5. Assist with monthly payroll process, overtime management and headcount monitoring.
6. Maintain HR systems to streamline HR processes, including BASF on-boarding system, e-flow (e.g. google form, power automate).
7. Manage HR documentation, including employee files, and other relevant documents.
8. Provide support to HR projects.
9. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations

Qualification
• Bachelor degree and above
• At least 3 years HR experience
• Logic thinking and well-organized.
• Proactive in solving problems and take initiatives in efficiency improvement.
• Middle level of oral and written communication in English.
• Effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
