負責酒店和所有設備的有效營運,輔助維護、維修服務及保護企業所有人的資產。酒店建築方面及地面和外部設施的維修也包括在工作職責範圍內。
管理各級工程技術及維修人員
工作技能:
• 透過設定維修預算,資本營運的計畫和工程規劃以確保工程部有效的財務管理,同時確保依照這些目標進行定期的業績監督與審查。負責維修工作的整體預算管理,編製部門的費用預算,並負責預算的執行和向管理層提交。
• 確保所有由酒店員工和外包合約員工的工作品質,符合優質工程標準。
• 電機設備保養修護、負責空調和機電設備系統異常處理、設備器材使用及維護。
具多項或個別專長者(具實際工作經驗),如冷凍空調、鍋爐、廚房設備、給排水、強(弱)電、木工、油漆等
• 參加所有電的與電有關的系統和設備的保養和維修
Responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner’s asset. Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.
• Ensure the effective financial management of the engineering department by setting maintenance budgets, capital works programs and engineering plans and ensuring that performance against there are regularly monitored and reviewed. Responsible for the general cost control aspects of maintenance, the preparation of departmental cost budgets and their implementation and submission to management.
• Ensure the quality of all work completed by both employees and external contracted staff adheres to the standards of good engineering practice.
• Service and repair of various electrical equipment in the laundry, kitchen, heaters, air-conditioning, refrigeration controls, water treatment, generators, and substation equipment etc.
• Attend to all repairs and maintenance of various electronic & electrical systems and equipment.
