工作內容:
1.辦公用品及辦公設備的採購、租賃、管理、維修相關費用
2.設備維修及管理(辦公環境及建築安全、消防檢查、清潔、裝修及保養)、辦公公共區域的維護。
3.行政和總務管理,包括郵寄服務和快遞/計程車請求。
4.訪客接待及身分證管理。
5.公司車輛及停車通行證管理。
6.協助同事安排住宿、交通。
7.協助職工福利委員會做好相關工作。
8.跨部門支援工作
9.主管交辦的其他事項。
<Key Responsibilities>
1. Procurement, leasing, management, and repair-related expenses for office supplies and office equipment
2. Equipment repair and management(office environment and building safety, fire inspections, cleaning, decoration and maintenance), maintenance of office common areas.
3. Administration and general affairs management, including postal services and courier/taxi requests.
4. Visitor reception and identification card management.
5.Company car and parking pass management.
6.Assisting colleagues with accommodation and transportation arrangements.
7. Assisting the Employee Welfare Committee with related tasks.
8. Cross support different department on assistant affairs
9. Other assigned tasks from supervisor.
