We‘re Delta Solution Office (DSO). DSO serves as a critical enabler for solution transformation in Delta. DSO is a corporate function collaborating with Delta‘s business groups and regions to design, develop, and pilot solution business management mechanisms and initiatives across Delta.
《 Job Brief 》
We are searching for seasoned solution managers with a track record in managing industrial automation/building automation/energy infrastructure solution portfolio for global business. This role entails planning and executing a comprehensive range of portfolio management activities, including solution planning, solution development, go-to-market, sales managers and channel partners enablement, and solution delivery activities. Close collaboration with global business units, regional sales and delivery team is crucial to this role.
《 Responsibilities 》
1. Solution Portfolio Planning: conduct in-depth market analysis and current products portfolio studies, identify new growth areas and technologies, collect customer/market requirements and pain-points, compare business model and solutions from competitors, plan new solutions and/or features development, propose pricing strategy and roadmap.
2. Solution Development Management: track development and integration progress of solutions, provide all necessary support for development team, coordinate Proof-of-Concept(PoC), First-of-a-Kind(FOAK) and Second-of-a-Kind(SOAK) verification and validation activities. Collaborate with individual product managers for features enhancement.
3. Go-To-Market: plan solution roll-out and marketing activities, drive solution marketing communication, participate seminar, roadshow and workshops, support marketing materials preparation, conduct internal sales and external channel sales trainings.
4. Life-Cycle Management: collect customer feedbacks and market trends for enhancement and revision of solution, conduct sales push activities for meeting business goal, track and forecast solution orders and revenues, coordinate stakeholders for solution supporting activities.
《 Qualifications 》
1.) Proven experience in product/solution portfolio management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in global enterprise solution management activities
2.) Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: Building Automation, Data Center operations, Electrical Power conversion, Energy Management, or Industrial Automation.
3.) Possess exceptional coordination, business development, product and project management, marketing, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
4.) Fast learner with the ability to proficiently understand and absorb new domain knowledge
5.) Must possess an outgoing personality with growth mindset
6.) Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
7.) Educational Background: A Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering is preferred. Master’s degree is an additional advantage.
8. (optional) Familiar with digital transformation, IoT, cloud and analytic services is an additional advantage
