1. Responsible for management of all reward strategies and implementation processes
2. Developing, reviewing, and updating of the HR policies and procedures, managing and monitoring the implementation of policies, and following through to ensure the full compliance of data.
3. Looked after day to day C&B related operational issues across the company
4. Responsible for monthly payroll administration
5. Responsible for expatriate employee’s mobility and C&B management
6. Expected to perform the role of HR Business Partner role for assigned populations to deepen employee relations, and support organization growth.
