【 Key Responsibilities 】
Core Missions: Strategy & Growth
• Marketing Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to scale the brand’s global presence.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality English copy for various marketing materials.
• Ad Campaign Management: Execute and optimize cross-channel advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest) to drive global traffic and sales.
• Search & AI Optimization (SEO/GEO): Maximize brand discoverability by optimizing web and blog content for both organic search (Google, Pinterest) and generative AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity); focusing on strategic keyword research and building 〝citable〝 brand authority.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze website traffic and marketing performance using tools like GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide actionable insights.
Secondary Focus & Support
• Social Media Management: Lead social media community management and platform strategy.
• Influencer Outreach: Communicate with international KOLs and parenting bloggers to set up collaborations.
• Email Marketing: Craft engaging newsletters with our design team to build lasting relationships with our customers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Design teams to ensure brand consistency.
【 Requirements 】
• Brand-Aligned English Copywriting: Ability to internalize our brand personality and translate it into high-quality English copy. You should write with a tone that is warm, authentic, and emotionally resonant, ensuring it is culturally relevant to our Western audience (US/EU).
• Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content creation (Experience in toys, home decor, or kids‘ products is a plus).
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and tools like Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Communication: Fluent in Mandarin to collaborate effectively with our Taiwan-based team.
