Purpose of the Job :
Lead digital marketing and CRM strategies to drive business growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the Taiwan market. Optimize digital touchpoints, website performance, and customer journeys through data-driven marketing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Operational missions:
Mission 1 :Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer booking journey to drive business growth.
Tasks :
Manage E-commerce systems to ensure the fluidity of booking process.
Implement new functions and settings on official site.
Responsible for E-commerce sales boost campaign.
Analyze official site & E-commerce performance.
Key KPI: sales performance, conversion rate and behavior flow.
Mission 2 :Optimize the website booking journey, user experience, and timely content updates
Tasks :
Responsible for Club Med campaign launch, including branding & promotion on own digital platforms.
Optimize onsite content and placement, based on brand strategy and travel trend.
Implement SEO strategy to ensure organic brand visibility and positioning.
Key KPI: # of organic sessions, session duration and bounce out rate.
Mission 3 : Lead media agencies in developing and managing full-funnel paid media strategies, and oversee campaign creative development.
Tasks :
Plan and implement digital media strategy according to brand strategy and business needs.
Responsible for digital media budget.
Optimize and analyze media plan and performance with media agency.
Manage campaign planning across Meta, Google, LINE, Spotify, Criteo, Taboola and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal regional team to develop campaign creatives across digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budget allocation.
Conduct A/B testing and media experimentation.
Present performance reports and recommendations.
Key KPI: # of paid sessions, Booking Engine Entries, conversion rate, ROAS, CPC, CTR and CPA.
Mission 4 : Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to generate actionable insights and support data-driven business decisions.
Tasks :
Monitor and analyze website, paid media, CRM, and campaign performance across digital channels.
Maintain/Optimize performance dashboards and reports to track key marketing and business KPIs.
Identify customer behaviors, market trends, and optimization opportunities through data analysis.
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and sales performance.
Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies to maximize marketing ROI.
Key KPI: Campaign Performance, Dashboard & Report Delivery, Marketing ROI Improvement
Mission 5 :Leverage the CRM platform and LINE Official Account to build a high-quality customer database, strengthen customer relationships, increase member engagement, and nurture potential customers throughout their decision-making journey.
Tasks :
Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across the CRM platform and LINE Official Account to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer behaviors and segment audiences to deliver personalized and targeted communications.
Develop customer acquisition initiatives to grow and maintain a high-quality customer database.
Plan and execute repurchase strategy according to consumer behavior.
Manage and optimize customer communication touchpoints across EDM, SMS, and LINE Official Account.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance member benefits and customer value proposition.
Ensure customer data quality, compliance, and best practices in CRM operations.
Key KPI: Quality & quantity of data base, open & reactivity rate & CTR & CVR, and repurchase rate.
