This position will support T team lead to execute related tasks, operational assignments, and local/global projects including RMC/RRP categories.
Routine Maintenance
APP account issue management and collaboration with stakeholders
Providing training/instruction to new internal user
Updating data, spreadsheets, and inventory lists
other issue management.
Digital Configuration/Communication
Preparing regular APP content confirmation & testing
Supporting Sales requests regarding backend system setting
Assisting new function launches with communication design and activity/training development
Tracking planned schedule with vendor
Customer Service
Processing users’ complaints and issues related to products or services
Liaising with team to find the best solutions to users’ issues
Promptly responding to vendor regarding user queries via email, live chat or phone
Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues which are not equipped to deal with
Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
Internal user feedback and issue handling and providing inquiry support
Obtaining and sharing user feedback with colleagues and other departments
需求條件:
Studying Bachelor degree; Major in IT/Information management/computer science will be a plus
Part-time job or school activities are also count regarding above items.
Related experiences of system maintenance, issue solving, and end user communication Etc.
Experience on process optimization(system/business process) will be a plus
Fluent in Mandarin and good level of English is a plus
Well organized and detail oriented and Logical thinking and communication skills
Good at Excel/PPT is a MUST
