2.具有一年以上業務相關工作經驗者佳。
3.協助合約客戶及旅行社拜訪開發。
4.輸入、處理並追蹤客戶資料、訂單。
5.與客戶維繫良好關係、並確認住房相關事宜。
6.定期提供業務銷售狀況報表,定期與主管做業績、績效檢討,回報進度。
7. 顧客售後滿意度維持。
(如: 顧客抱怨及問題反應處理、維持顧客對公司及業務員信賴度)
8.依顧客需求協助場勘及報價並接續簽約後所有細節的跟進與處理。
9.主管交辦事項。
1. Requires a positive, enthusiastic person; ideal for on who works well under pressure.
2. Prior sales experience is preferred.
3. Assist in the development of contract customers and travel agencies.
4. Input, process, and follow-up on customer information.
5. Maintain good relationships with customers and confirm accommodation matters.
6. Provide regular business status reports and regular performance reviews with supervisors.
7. Maintain after-sales customer satisfaction (e.g. address customer complaints in order to maintain the relationship).
8. Assist in site inspections and quotations according to the customer‘s needs, and follow up with all details after the signing of the contract.
9. Complete other supervisor-assigned tasks.
